Turn your leggings inside out before washing and machine wash cold with other synthetic fabrics(Nylon, Polyester etc)
Avoid washing them with abrasive clothing like denim or clothing with zippers
Do not wash with hoody and towels to avoid cotton fluff

Good quality leggings. Nice fit but found size bit smaller than other leggings. Went with medium 10-12 but still found this size small fitting. Other than that happy with fit and quality
