1. Where does the discount code go?

There is a box for your discount code on the checkout page - just before you pay. Once you add to cart and follow the process, then you will see the box. Enter the discount code and select Apply

2. Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

Once your order is placed, we are unable to make any changes, including address changes, item changes, or cancellation requests.If you need an address change on your package, we recommend reaching out to the carrier to update your shipping information.

3. How much is shipping?

We offer free tracked shipping on orders over €75/£75. For orders under €75/£75, a flat rate of €5.50 will be charged

4. What is your sizing like?

All our leggings are true to size. If you are in between sizes, then we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit or sizing down for a more compressive fit. All our products have a size guide and a detailed description of the size and fit. 

5. What's the difference between the Sculpt and Power and Infinity Leggings?

Sculpt Leggings use a 330GSM fabric. High waisted with an elasticated waistband. Straight seam across the back of the leggings.

Power Leggings use a 300GSM Fabric. High Waisted with a regular non elasticated waistband and a hidden inside pocket that can hold a key. Curved seam across the back of the leggings.

Evolution Leggings use a 280GSM fabric. High waisted with an adjustable waistband and side pockets on both legs.

6. I signed up for your Mailing list but never received my Discount Code?

Please check your spam/junk folder as our email may have ended up there. Then, there is a discount code in the email which you just copy and paste into the checkout! 

7. Do you sell gift cards?

Yes we do. You can see our Gift Cards here. Our Gift cards are not a physical product, they are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout.  Please note that discount codes cannot be used for the purchase of Gift Cards.

8. What is your returns policy?

We understand that you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable and are happy to help you with an exchange or refund. Read our returns policy here.
