Quick, Simple and Delicious Homemade Turkey Burgers
Turkey Burgers are all the rage at the moment so here is a quick and simple recipe for making delicious Turkey Burgers in 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
-300g of Turkey Mince
-1 Tablespoon of Ground Almonds
-Juice of 1 Lime
-2 Spring Onions
-Red and Green Chillis
-1 Egg
-Coriander
-Salt and Pepper
Finely chop the chillis, coriander and spring onion and combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Use the entire egg. None of this egg white malarkey only. Mix all the ingredients up. Don't be afraid to put your hands in there to combine all the ingredients together. I'm sure they have been in worse places.
Wet your hands with cold water and divide the mixture into 4 burgers as shown below.
Preheat your pan with some coconut oil or some olive oil on a medium heat. Make sure the pan is starting to smoke and then add your burgers. Cook for 5 minutes on each side. Make sure the burgers are cooked through. Turkey mince must always be fully cooked so cut one of the burgers in half to make sure all the pinkness is gone.

While your burgers are cooking put the packet of Basmati Rice in the microwave for two minutes. Then serve them both together while drowning them in an appropiate chilli sauce. Each Burger has PROTEIN: 18 FATS: 8 CARBS: 2. Enjoy!
