DELICIOUS FLUFFY LOW CARB PROTEIN PANCAKES

Happy Pancake Tuesday!Protein pancakes can be tricky to make as they often taste quite dry and lack any decent flavour. You want to celebrate this momentous occasion by tickling your taste buds in ways you didn't even know existed. Here is a simple recipe that uses 5 ingredients and will make delicious fluffy low carb protein pancakes.

 

Prep Time: 10mins     Cook Time: 5mins     Total Time: 15mins

 

INGREDIENTS

-2 Scoops of Protein Powder. I used MyProtein Chocolate Caramel(Tastes like Rolos).

-1 Banana

-1/8 tsp. cinnamon

-1/4 tsp. baking powder

-1/4 tsp. salt

-2 eggs

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Get all your ingredients and put them in a Nutribullet/Blender and blast it for 30 seconds until everything is mixed together. Heat a frying pan over a low heat. Smaller frying pans work better for making smaller pancakes. Pour a 1/4 of the mix into the frying pan and cook for 60-90 seconds on each side. Serve immediately.

 

OPTIONAL

Drown your pancake in Nutella and Nobo Chocolate and Toasted Almond Ice Cream and top it with some strawberries for some romance.
