- What is your current occupation?I work in retail, specifically Nike. It's a fit girls dream. I'm always broke because I fall in "swoosh" love 10 times a day and buy everything that catches my eye. I'm thinking of setting up a go fund me to feed my habit.

How many days a week do you train?I train every day. I'm not supposed to though. My programme is 6 days but I usually find an excuse to get that 7th day in.
- What’s your favourite exercise?(Squats, HIIT, Bench Press, Jogging etc.) My favourite exercise changes on a weekly basis. At the moment I'm loving glute accessory work like cable kick backs and glute bridges. I have a soft spot for anything shoulder related too.
- Which gym habit that other people do annoys you the most? I hate when people are training in twos or threes having the absolute lols at the cable machine doing 40 sets each with a nice long break to enjoy each other's company in between each one.

What has been your worst gym fail? When you're as careless and clumsy as I am, epic gym fails become a regular occurrence. The stand out one is probably the first time I ever saw an assisted pull up machine. I didn't think hard enough about it and assumed that the board you put your knees on was fixed onto the machine. I found out the hard way that it definitely isn't, when I hit the floor face first, after bounding up onto the thing at about 90 miles an hour.
- What’s your favourite cheat meal? That's like asking a mother to choose her favourite child.

What’s your favourite post workout meal? Post workout proats with coconut oil and mint chocolate whey for the win.
- What’s the best advice you have ever been given? To stop making excuses. When you really think about it there's no such thing as a good excuse.
- Who has been the most inspiring person in your life? Everything I know I learned from my mam. She gave me the world and then she taught me how to impact it positively. Even at (almost) 24 years old, I still seek to make her proud all the time.
- Who is your celebrity or fitspo crush? I have so many fitspos but most of them are girls I see in the gym or girls I know from Instagram. I can relate to them much more easily.

What supplements do you take? I love the NXT beef protein in kiwi flavour. Whey protein in oats is BAE, BCAAS, pre workout then I take vitamins & fish oils too and that's more or less it.

What’s your favourite protein bar? The NXT flapjacks are life.
- What’s in your gym bag? My gym bag is comparable to Mary Poppins' bag. I always have a huge jumper in there just incase I get cold. The memory of the how cold I was on prep will never leave me and I'll be prepared forever. Liquid chalk, C4, resistance bands, bobbins and clips, a hairbrush, Victoria's Secret body spray, deodorant, tiny Tupperware boxes for scoops of whey, headphones and a hundred other random items.

What’s your biggest regret? I genuinely believe everything happens for a reason and every mistake is a learning opportunity. Some lessons are harder than others but they ultimately make you a better person.
