5 Minute's with....@georgiasfitlife AKA Georgia Hickey
- What is your current occupation?I’m a personal trainer, online coach and I also work part time for a PR agency as an account executive.

How many days a week do you train?I love to train so I’d train everyday if I could, but I know it’s important to rest so I train 5-6 days a week.
- What’s your favourite exercise?(Squats, HIIT, Bench Press, Jogging etc.) Legs and shoulders are my favourite to train, I just love the intensity of leg day and the shoulder pump I get from training shoulders
- Which gym habit that other people do annoys you the most? Not putting equipment back where it belongs, and not unloading machines or bars.

What has been your worst gym fail? I dropped a box step on my toe in front of an entire spin class, was quite mortifying....
- What’s your favourite cheat meal? I don’t like to call them Cheat meals as the word ‘cheat’ has negative connotations and I prefer to keep my relationship with food positive. I call them treat meals instead and my meal of choice is a burger, fries and Fro yo with ALL the toppings!

What’s your favourite post workout meal? Currently my go to post workout meal is a protein shake and coco pops or some other cereal, I’m a bit of a cereal fiend so having it post workout keeps me on track!
- What’s the best advice you have ever been given? Believe and you can achieve. I even have the word ‘believe’ tattooed on the side of my right foot.
- Who has been the most inspiring person in your life? My Mum, may sound super cheesy but she honestly is my best friend an inspiration as she is always someone who believes in me.
- Who is your celebrity or fitspo crush? Probably super predictable but Nikki Blakketter is my girl crush. She really is just an overall great person, her outlook to life and training is something I really admire.

What supplements do you take? Multi vitamin, vitamin D, Omega 3, and ZMA

What’s your favourite protein bar? Currently the Fulfil Peanut and Caramel protein bar, but I don’t eat too many protein bars, I prefer to eat real food.
- What’s in your gym bag? Headphones, training book, squat shoes, tennis ball (for foam rolling), and liquid chalk are my essentials.

What’s your biggest regret? I don’t really believe in regrets, everything happens for a reason and I believe everything I’ve done upto this point has brought me to where I am today.
